Ingredients:
200g noodles (boiled)
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 medium carrot (julienned)
1 cup cabbage (shredded)
1 medium capsicum (thinly sliced)
2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Spring onions (chopped for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Boil the Noodles
Cook the noodles as per the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Vegetables
Chop and slice all the vegetables thinly for quick cooking.
3. Stir-Fry
Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Add onions, carrots, and capsicum, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
